    Bruce’s Chapel Church had 44 in attendance on Sunday morning. Bro. Preston McKnight’s devotional was from Proverbs 4:13-27. Bro. Mike Edwards had children’s sermon from John 10:10. Bro. Creech Richardson’s message “Know Who You Are” was from Luke 15. Sunday night attendance was 15. Bro. Creech‘s message “Somebody Touched Me” was from Luke 8:4. Margaret Trowbridge celebrated her Birthday. Next Sunday night will be KY. Night for the youth with Angie Meeks at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

    The next Commodity Day will be Aug. 15 at the Casey County Recycling Center.

    A Casey County Community Blood Drive will be held from 12 to 5:30 p.m. July 19 at the Casey County Extension Office, Education Building. All participants will receive a 50th Anniversary t-shirt, and be entered into a drawing for a Toyota 4 Runner. Bring a photo ID and call 606-305-3384 for more information.

    Attendance at Bruce’s chapel was 39 for this morning’s worship service. Sharon Byrd brought the children’s message “Take God everywhere you go.” Pastor Creech Richardson message was “Let the Holy Spirit be your guide” taken from Gal 4:16, 1 pet 1:10, Rom 8:9 and Jer 42:7. Church welcomed Hailey Cole into membership this morning.

    The Red Hattitudes will meet at 11:30 July 25 at St. Bernard’s, to go to Mordechi in Springfield..

    The Lee family reunion will be Saturday, July 21 at Gateway Park in Liberty, KY. Please bring food and drinks we will eat at Noon. Building will be open by 9 a.m.

Ellen Brarradas celebrated a birthday this week, after morning services church traveled to couple people’s homes to pray with the sick.

    Bro. Eric Miller started the Sunday morning service with “The True Vine” from John 15:1-6. Bro. Danny Warren’s message was “Understanding Christ’s Love” from John 3:16. Attendance was 24. Sunday night, Bro. Eric started with “Ye Are the Salt of the Earth” from Matthew 5:13. Bro. Danny’s message was “A Renewing of the Holy Ghost” from Psalms 51:10-11. Attendance was 19.

    Attendance Sunday morning was 71. Bro Scott Cochran brought the message from Luke 6:43-47. Church camp is this week, Monday thru Friday. Pledges were recited. Children’s church had 15 and Myah Thomas sang, “If you’re happy and you know it”.
