In past seasons of boy’s cross country at Casey County High School there has always been that “one guy” at the head of the pack. In 2016 it was Chase Williams that led the way. Last season it was Noah Brown to set the pace. This time around Federico Diaz takes the reigns.
“Federico Diaz has a chance to receive a scholarship if he races well this season,” coach Jon Vaughn said. “We are looking forward to helping him get his college paid for through this sport and academics.”
