A couple of tough losses to Rockcastle County April 10 and 13, along with a three-inning loss at Pulaski County Monday surround an offensive outburst that led to a 19-6, five-inning home win against Prestonsburg on Saturday for the Casey County Lady Diamond Rebs.
The Lady Rebels got a lead-off home run from Kylee Lawson in the first, but then really got the bats going in the second putting six more runs on the visitors taking advantage of three-straight earned walks followed by a pair of doubles (Shayla Wilkey, Jalie Buis) to plate runs capped by a Lauren Lee home run.
