Belisario Gomez Allamilla pleaded guilty to no operators/moped license. He was sentenced to a fine of $175.50 due in six months.

David Austin Lynn pleaded guilty to DUI first offense, failure to wear seat belts, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and failure to produce an insurance card. He was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension, a fine of $735.50 and ADE classes.

Richard Shanon Delong pleaded not guilty to operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. He had a pretrial hearing on Feb. 5.

Gary Hines had his cases for failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first offense, failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, failure to produce an insurance card and no/expired registration plates dismissed upon proof.

Jeffery Luttrell pleaded not guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security first offense, operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license and improper equipment. He has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 21.

Evette Norris pleaded not guilty to assault fourth degree minor injury. She had a pretrial hearing on Feb. 5.

Austin B. Smither pleaded not guilty to public intoxication of a controlled substance. He had a pretrial hearing on Feb. 7.

Becky Poff had her cases for two counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500 dismissed after the amount was paid in full.

Sandra Turpin case for theft by deception including cold checks under $500 scheduled for a pretrial hearing on Feb. 19. The case will be dismissed if the amount is paid in full.

Shelia Hatfield’s case for theft by deception including cold checks under $500 will be dismissed if costs are paid in full by Feb. 5.

Dale Ray Lanham pleaded not guilty to registered sex offender residence restrictions second. He has a pretrial hearing scheduled for Feb. 19.

Jeffery Jevon Hatter pleaded guilty to failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance/security first offense, no/expired registration plates and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license. He was sentenced to a fine of $300.50.

Rebecca J. Brewer pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication in a public place first and second offense. She was sentenced to a fine of $240.50 due in six months.

Carolyn E. Luttrell pleaded guilty to five counts of theft by deception including cold checks under $500. She was sentenced o 90 days probated on condition that the amount is paid in full in six months.

Jessica Lones pleaded guilty to two counts of parent/custodian send child to school first and second offense. She was sentenced to a fine of $250 plus costs probated on condition of no new issues for two years.

Jeffery Jevon Hatter pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and license to be in possession. He was sentenced to a fine of $225.50.

Jeffery N. Shaw pleaded guilty to DUI second offense. He was sentenced to a one-year license suspension, a fine of $915.50, 14 days in jail and ADE classes.

Evette Norris pleaded guilty to assault fourth degree minor injury. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail to serve six with credit for time served. Her balance will be conditionally discharged if one year no contact with an individual and no new violations of law.

He was sentenced to a 90-day license suspension, ADE classes and a fine of $765.50.

Jerry Allan Peavey Jr. pleaded guilty to failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security first offense. He was sentenced to a fine of $50. He also had his case for improper registration plates dismissed upon proof.

Chansey Whited pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He has a pretrial hearing on Feb. 19.
