By Donna Carman

A Jan. 16 fire that destroyed a barn and its contents has been ruled the work of arsonists.
Kentucky State Police Arson Investigation Alex Wesley said there's no doubt the early-morning fire that destroyed Elhanan Pennington's barn on Ob Wilson Road was intentionally set.
"We are working a criminal investigation on it," Wesley said.
