He was in an old well when he was a little baby and my son-in-law got him out. His mother wouldn't take him, so I took him.
He plays fetch with a ball.
Topsy enjoys watching the birds outside the window. He is very curious about everything.

This Labrador puppy is one of several animals available for adoption at the Taylor County Animal Shelter. She is about 3 months old and is very friendly.
Taylor County Animal Shelter has a variety of cats and dogs looking to be a part of someone's family.
The shelter is open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays and is located off KY 210, just past Walmart. Appointments are available after hours. The shelter houses animals from Taylor, Green, Casey, Russell and LaRue counties.
Adoption fee is $100, which includes a microchip with 30 days of insurance, rabies and parvo shots, deworming and a spay or neuter voucher. The owner is responsible for taking their new pet to a vet to be spayed or neutered.
