NANCY D. PATTERSON
Nancy Dickerson Patterson of Liberty died Monday, June 23, 2008 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was 71.
Born in Adair County on March 1, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Jesse and Letha West Dickerson.
She was a former employee of Liberty Sportswear and OshKosh B'Gosh, a member of Trace Fork Separate Baptist Church, attended Walnut Hill Separate Baptist Church and the widow of Ralph A. Patterson.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon (and Mike) Hatter of Liberty; a son, Garnett "Doc" Patterson of Moreland; three grandchildren, Niki, Ashley and Jason; four great-grandchildren, Logan, Taylor, Connor and Colton; three sisters, Rose Hagy of Liberty and June Neat and Joann Burton, both of Columbia; three brothers, Frank Dickerson of San Mateo, Calif., and Tommy and John Dickerson, both of Liberty.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Garnett Andrew Dickerson.
Funeral services were June 26 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Clifton Cowan. Burial was in Trace Fork Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Shawn and Jesse Neat, Jordan Sparr, Rick Scott, Anthony Burton and Matthew Dickerson.
