DON C. YORK

Don C. York of Goose Creek Road, Dunnville, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at his home. He was 69.
Born in Casey County on May 24, 1939, he was the son of Lola Thomas York and the late Everett York.
He was a salesman, a member of the Nazarene Church, a veteran of the U.S. Army and the widower of the late Echel Shepherd York.
Survivors include a son, Todd Wilson of Bradfordsville; a step-daughter, Billie K. Cain of Somerset; a brother, Tony York of Liberty; a sister, Dixie Holtzclaw of Goshen, Ohio; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were June 22 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel in Russell Springs by Bro. Kevin Cain. Burial was in the Tarter Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jeff Holtzclaw, J.R. Grant, Norman Luttrell, Charles Collins, Jody York, and Andy Grant.
