Motions filed in Gross, Allen, and Burress drug cases

Attorneys representing three defendants charged with trafficking in marijuana have filed motions seeking to have their confiscated property returned to them. The motions also ask for information concerning a confidential informant used in the case as well as believing that a test sample of the marijuana seized was deemed to be false positive.
Attorneys Elmer George and Jude Hagan, who are representing Howard Gross, Kimberly Allen, and David Paul Burress, filed motions in Casey County Circuit Court outlining the reasons the property should be returned.
