The Rebel football season may be six months away but the team is already hard at work in their new weight room facility, working to build the strength and stamina that they’ll need to compete on both sides of the ball.
Head Coach Sam Marple went 4-7 in his rookie season, thanks in large part to an aggressive schedule that put his thin squad up against some of the deepest teams in the state. An uncompromising conditioning program also reduced the ranks as the team adjusted to Marple’s coaching philosophy.
