A local entrepreneur and inventor has asked the Liberty-Casey County Economic Development Authority for a $250,000 loan for a start-up business.
Liberty resident Stacey Beeler appeared before the Aug. 20 EDA meeting with members of her management team, including marketing strategists with extensive experience in the clothing industry.
