Engagement: Sweeney-Kress

Steve and Rita Sweeney of Liberty announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Beth Sweeney, of Evansville, Ind., to Dr. Reed Kress, also of Evansville. The couple will wed on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011 in New Harmony, Ind. Beth is a graduate of Casey County High School and the University of Kentucky. She is currently a morning news anchor for 14 WFIE-TV, the NBC affiliate in Evansville. Reed is the owner of Active Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center of Evansville, Santa Claus and Princeton, Ind.
