Nov. 21

Randy Lee Cain pleaded not guilty to a charge of fourth degree assault domestic with minor injury. He has a pretrial conference Dec. 14.

Inajean Wardrip pleaded not guilty to a charge of criminal mischief in the second degree. He has a pretrial conference Dec. 14.

James Calhoun pleaded guilty of five counts of misdemeanor theft by deception, under $500. He was sentenced to a suspended 20 days in jail, with all fines to be paid in full by May 24.

Natasha Weddle pleaded not guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking under $500. She also pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, first offense, and a misdemeanor charge of drug paraphernalia. Her next court date was Nov. 30.

Shelly Fulton pleaded not guilty to a charge of escape in the second degree. Her next court date was Nov. 30.

Madyson Platt pleaded not guilty to a charge of escape in the second degree. Her next court date was Nov. 30.

Tiffany Swafford pleaded not guilty to a charge of escape in the second degree. Her next court date was Nov. 30.

Nicholas K Floyd pleaded not guilty to a charge of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. His next court date was Nov. 30.

Nov. 28

Christopher Woodall pleaded not guilty to fleeing and evading police in the first degree, fleeing and evading police in the second degree, reckless driving and resisting arrest. His next court date was Dec. 5.

Nov. 30

Sondra Wells pleaded not guilty to assault in the fourth degree domestic with minor injury. She is set for a trial Feb. 13, 2018.

Robert Gregory Woods pleaded not guilty to DUI, an inadequate silencer (muffler), and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He has a jury trial Jan. 9, 2018.

Angela Hope Thomas pleaded guilty to aggravated DUI, second offense. She was sentenced to 14 days in jail, with credit for one, license plate impoundment, APE classes, and a 12-month license suspension.

Tina M. Moore pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in the second degree. She was sentenced to five days in jail, but given credit for five.

Natasha Weddle pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking under $500. She was sentenced to seven days in jail but credited seven. Her case involving possession of methamphetamine was bound over to the Casey County grand jury.

Shelly Fulton’s, Madyson Platt’s, and Tiffany Swafford’s cases were sent straight to circuit court via a “Rocket Docket” agreement.

Nicholas K Floyd’s case for a charge of a convicted felon in possession of a firearm was bound over to the Casey County grand jury.

Ronald Rogers pleaded not guilty to a DUI and possession of an open container. His next court date is Dec. 14.

Bobby Todd pleaded not guilty to assault in the fourth degree domestic violence with minor injury. His next court date is Dec. 14.

William Norris was arraigned on charges of possession of methamphetamine first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no operators license, and failure to signal.

Dec. 5

Phillip Darren Means pleaded guilty to DUI, failure to maintain insurance and no/expired registration plates. He was sentenced to seven days in jail with time credited, and must report to serve his time on Dec. 26. He has $1,440.50 in fines.

Edwin D. Lane was arraigned on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Chyna Lynn Day pleaded not guilty to a charge of public intoxication. Her next court date is Dec. 14.

James E. Stacy pleaded not guilty to public intoxication and disorderly conduct. His next court date is Dec. 14.

Christopher Woodall’s case for fleeing and evading police was bound over to the Casey County grand jury.

Patty Reid pleaded not guilty to DUI, expired registration, no/expired plates, no seatbelt, no display of plates, and failure to produce insurance. Her next court date is Feb. 20, 2018.

Cecil Stacy pleaded not guilty to assault in the fourth degree domestic violence with no injury. His next court date is Dec. 19.
