Archie Wesley, 75

Archie Wesley of Rockwall, Texas, formerly of Liberty, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012. He was 75. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Hugal and Mary Van Hook Wesley.
Archie proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.
He is the widower of Ruthie Daniels, whom he married on October 5, 1955.
Archie worked at Chappell’s Dairy for 17 years and was known in Casey County as “The Milkman.”
He followed his sons to Texas and worked in the drywall business until retiring in 2006.
Archie is survived by his daughter, Carmen Wesley of Liberty; two sons, Robert Wesley of Rockwall, Texas, and Jimmy Wesley of Liberty; a sister, Eva June Wilkinson of Los Angeles, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Pallas and Bob Wesley; and sister, Ella Mae Brown.
Funeral services were Jan. 7 at Rest Haven Funeral Home – Rockwall Chapel with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating. Interment was in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Gary Don Luttrell, Jason Wesley, Josh Wesley, Jarrod Wesley, Brandon Wesley and Jerry Dibling.
