The temperatures were hot and so were the shoppers at the Central Kentucky AG/EXPO Center during the annual U.S. 127 Yard Sale.
Nearly 100 vendors set up shop in the large, covered and enclosed pavilion, according to Liberty/Casey County Chamber of Commerce Director Blaine Staat.
The center saw a steady stream of customers during the official four days of the sale, Thursday through Sunday. However, on Friday, vendors reported more lookers than buyers.
Ralph Horney of Kings Mt., who had a variety of merchandise at his booth, remained optimistic.
