Most took advantage of the fair's main event, which was a low-cost health screening involving a blood draw. Assistant Administrator Cindy Meyer said 1,523 people had their blood drawn, compared to 1,458 last year. Here, Sam Childress of Liberty watches closely as Lucy Martin draws blood from his arm.
